As Dave does not have copies of the book on hand, he is unable to supply it to you as all copies are printed and shipped directly from Lulu's printers in a country nearest you.

It is not, however, available from 'bricks and mortar' retailers as the book has not been picked up for publishing or distribution by a major publisher. You can, however, buy an 'electronic' version of the book from Lulu.com. Not only is this much cheaper, it is also more convenient for those who wish to read it on their computer. The 'eBook' is in PDF format and is downloadable as soon as it has been paid for.
