News Flash! This Just In! How 2 Cancelled!

Yes, the rumours are true. After three years and a few months of weekly fun and technology made simple, How 2 has been cancelled by the powers-that-be at The Press. I have had a great run, learnt a lot and have made a lot of friends and met a lot of new people. It has been a blast to be part of a team who did things a little differently and made a huge impact on the scene. Thanks for all your support over the years and if you want to hear more from me, make some noise to those who hold the cards and who knows, I might be back with something new and improved!

To be honest I don't usually get fired up about software enough to recommend it to my readers, however, in two special cases I will make an exception.

To keep my machine clean of spyware and malware, I both use and highly recommend SuperAntiSpyware as simply the best anti-spyware and anti-malware tool I have ever seen. Another piece of software I also can't do without is possibly the coolest tool ever developed for discerning web surfers. Ad-Muncher is ad-blocking software developed by Australian coding guru Murray Hurps and while tiny in file size it is massive in features and performance. Not 'just' an ad blocker, once installed you will never see annoying advertisements, popup windows or other irritating elements that increase page loading time and detract from your web browsing experience. Ad-Muncher saves you bandwidth, money and, more importantly, time by not loading ads, extra windows and heavy graphics in the first place. Once you get used to surfing with Ad-Muncher, there's no going back. While extremely configurable for the avid 'tweaker', it also performs flawlessly 'out of the box'.
